feel everything or nothing?

Exulansis; the tendency to give up trying to talk about an experience because people are unable to relate to it

Sometimes it's good to just be, for when you feel everything let the sky embrace you, stay with a cozy blanket and watch the sky; take in it's ever flowing beauty. Listen carefully to the sounds of your environment, try listening out for three different sounds "peace does not mean to be in a place with no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart." When you're ready make a cup of tea or even a glass of water (personally I like herbal teas like lemon green tea) and take in the day one battle at a time. 

If you have some time why not take a trip to the sea, doesn't need to be anything fancy just you and the ocean to show you how big it is and how small and big you are. Smell the saltwater, realise a calm ocean never made a skilled sailor, especially not one with a good story.

When everything is just heavy as if you've been carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders and you start believing all the bad thoughts. Right now say "No." you are not the bad things they say. Keep strong and when moving is just effort keep going through trust me it gets better. When you feel lost in your own room and no song resonates your emotions I recommend spoken word, if there is still none that relates to you then make your own, let the people hear, let the people know. You are a soul and these are your emotions, embrace them; fine is not a feeling but absence of feeling is still a better response than okay. 

When nothing brings excitement find excitement in nothing, at first drink a glass of water, realise nothing taste like water and nothing is as good as it. Eat something basic even if it's just bread with butter savour the moment and hey why not even be a little Jamie Oliver and add some jam keep trying kay.

Go out. Whether it's a walk around familiar places or to just sit on the swings in a local park leave your comfort zone to fresh air and new life. Seek adventure and adventure will find you so think about anything and everything and let new and old ideas flow freely through you. When you find one you love keep it close and use it as your passion.
